  • How we ship packages

Packages are shipped via UPS or exceptionally via the French postal services (Colissimo) or others, depending on the weight/size of the product and on the destination country.

  • Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to over 200 countries. Still, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

  • How are shipping rates calculated?

For international orders, options will vary, please find out at checkout.

Orders from Europe over 79 € receive free shipping. Orders from Europe under 79 € ship with a flat rate of 4,90 €.

  • What about customs?

International orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total.
Cruisin City is not responsible for customs fees associated with importing goods. Potential fees must be paid by the package recipient.

  • How long does shipping take?

For Europe: 2-5 business days.

For Canada, USA, Central America, South America, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Asia: 3-10 business days.

  • Do you provide tracking information?

We can typically provide you with a tracking number upon request. You will not automatically get an email with tracking information. However, this does not mean your order is not being processed. Please allow the shipping time for your region and then contact us if you have any shipping questions or concerns.
